Recipe Suggestion:Spicy Beef Stew
Ingredients: 1kg diced gravy beef, 2 cloves garlic (minced), 2 onions (diced), 4 carrots (diced), 1 can chickpeas, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/4 cup brown lentils, 4 cups stock, 1/4 pack Harissa spice blend.
Instructions: In a large pot, brown the onions. Add the beef and brown for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer with the lid on for 3 hours or until the beef is tender. Check the water level in the pot and add more if necessary. Serve with steamed rice or couscous.
