Tour Group Terms and Conditions

1.      Tour Group Bookings:

2.      Booking Requirements:

  •    Bookings are essential and require a minimum of one week's notice.
  •    Groups must consist of a minimum of 10 passengers and a maximum of 30 passengers. Booking requests for groups larger than 30 passengers may be considered. Please submit an email request with the desired dates, time, and number of passengers.

3.      Special Dietary Requirements:

  • Gluten-free (GF) and dairy-free (DF) options are available upon request. Requests must be made no later than one week prior to the event. Additional charges for GF and/or DF options may apply.

4.      Refreshments:

  •  Tap water is provided free of charge during the tour.

5.      Group Leader Responsibility:

  • Each group must nominate a team leader who will be responsible for ensuring the even distribution of food and drink among the group members.

6.      Seating and Weather Conditions:

  • A portion of seating is situated under a large verandah. However, please note that The Treat Factory reserves the right to cancel or amend a booking with limited notice in the case of extreme weather conditions.

7.      Photography:

  •  From time to time, photographs may be taken of individuals visiting The Treat Factory or by The Treat Factory itself. By visiting The Treat Factory premises, you consent to the possibility of your photograph being taken and used for personal or promotional purposes, including but not limited to The Treat Factory's social media channels.
  • If you do not wish to grant permission for your photograph to be taken or used in this manner, please speak to The Treat Factory staff before your visit.
