DEMONSTRATION EXPERIENCES
Chocolate Demonstration – $12 per person
A fun and delicious behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of artisan chocolate making.
Guests learn about chocolate production, enjoy chocolate tasting including Ruby Chocolate and watch our chocolatiers craft chocolates live inside the working chocolate room.
Each guest also receives a take-home bag of handcrafted chocolates.

Chocolate Demonstration & Gelato – $18 per person
Chocolate, handcrafted gelato and relaxed creamery charm in one uniquely Berry experience.
Enjoy The Treat Factory Chocolate Demonstration followed by handcrafted small-batch gelato made on-site at The Dairy Bar.
Guests can relax inside the historic Central Creamery while exploring the story of South Coast dairy heritage, artisan gelato making and the history of the Historic Central Creamery through vintage photography, curated displays and informative experience cards throughout The Dairy Bar.

Many experiences operate in rotating groups to ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and interactive experience inside our working chocolate room.
For larger bookings:
Demonstration experiences rotate in groups of approximately 10 guests
Hands-on workshops rotate in groups of approximately 8 guests
We strongly recommend adding a Gelato or Devonshire Tea package so guests can relax and enjoy the atmosphere of The Dairy Bar and historic Central Creamery precinct while groups rotate through experiences.
