Shipping Perishable products
The Treat Factory packages and ships your purchases with great care using protective stuffing (i.e bubble wrap) and icepacks when needed. Typically orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days of your order. The Treat Factory is located in regional NSW. Our preferred courier in our area is Fastway Couriers.

Delivery to major Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne range from next day - 7 working days. Delivery time for all other areas can range from 3-14 working days. Delivery times may vary due to location and seasonal demands.
Occasionally The Treat Factory will be out of stock of your ordered product. In this case The Treat Factory will contact you to organise an exchange or refund.
CHOCOLATE AND OTHER PERISHABLE PRODUCTS. The Treat Factory takes no responsibility for the possibility of chocolate melting during transit. It is recommended that customers DO NOT request orders to be "left at door if no one is home". Chocolates and confectionary are perishable items and strongly advise these products do not travel during extreme heat.
Gift wrapping and messages
We have a large range of gift hampers and boxes for you to choose from.
Alternatively, you can make a personalised gift hamper from a collection of Treat Factory products. Simply add your items to the cart then select ‘gift hamper’ prior to preceeding to checkout.
For $15 The Treat Factory will place your personally selected products into a beautifully presented gift hamper box with ribbon and gift message. Look for 'gift hamper' when you view your cart. Note this must be done PRIOR to proceeding to checkout.
Refunds and Returns
The Treat Factory regrets that we are unable to refund or swap products once purchased due to our Health & Safety regulations. If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, please login to your account to initate a return. We may request that you send the product back to us sealed and in the original packaging before we will refund your purchase or send a replacement.
