Ingredients:

• 4-6 chicken breast fillets
• 1 egg
• 100g Southern Chicken Spice Blend
• Oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Pound chicken fillets to an even thickness.
2. Beat egg in a large bowl.
3. Dip each chicken piece into the egg and then into the Southern Chicken Spice Blend until completely covered, patting down gently.
4. Heat a frypan on low heat with oil and gently fry chicken schnitzels until golden. Alternatively, bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
5. Serve with crunchy coleslaw.
