Directions for Use: Pull the skin from the ham, leaving the fat on. Score the fat in a diamond pattern to 5mm. Cover generously with Maxwell's Treats Traditional Ham Glaze. Bake at 160°C for 1 1/2 hours.

Slightly disappointing.
Maybe I used too much in the cooking process but I found it didn’t dry out much despite my adding it during cooking. A nice flavour though.
