Directions for Use:

Pull the skin from the ham, leaving the fat on.

Score the fat in a diamond pattern about 5mm deep.

Slightly disappointing.
Maybe I used too much in the cooking process but I found it didn’t dry out much despite my adding it during cooking. A nice flavour though.
