Salt Bush Rub is perfect for seasoning meat and veges. Recipe suggestion: Sunday Roast. Ingredients: 2kg of roasting beef, 1/3 pack Salt Bush Rub, medley of vegetales. Preheat oven to 180c. Place beef on a board and rub meat with spice blend. Place meat in roasting pan and fill with 1 cup of water. Cover meat with foil and bake in oven for 2 hours. Remove foil and bake for further 30 minutes. Serve roast with Medley of cooked vegetables Ingredients: cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, onion powder, rice flour, salt, herbs & spices.
