Ingredients
- 1kg chicken, lamb, or pork
- 6 onions, diced
- 400g diced tomatoes
- 1/3 pack spice blend
- 1 cup water
- Rice to serve
- Salt and pepper to season
- Dollop of yoghurt
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, brown onions.
2. Add meat and brown for 10 minutes.
3. Add spice blend, diced tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour until the meat is tender.
5. Serve with steamed rice and a dollop of yoghurt.
