Jam excellent - biodegradability not so
The jam us very good, but the cardboard package contained jam jars wrapped in bubble-wrap and surrounded by disused jar label backing. There are more environmental options readily available.

Not only 1 of the 3 jars was broken I contacted you and sent a photo of the jar was told a refund would be credited to my card credit was not received and the cost of transport was more than the jam sorry will not be purchasing any more of your products
