DELICIOUS & PERFECT
Hard to find australian-made pure pineapple jams in the mainstream supermarkets and this one is just perfect! It has just the right sweetness, and pineapple pieces are not too big but still coarse enough for texture. Gone through 5 jars already and have not found any hard bits, so it seems safe for elderly and young children too. It goes well with cakes and can also be used as a base filling for pastries. Thank you for making this jam!

Once upon a time the local supermarket stocked scores of different jams. Thankfully you have a reasonable number of old and new jams. Your pineapple jam is superb. I used to love melon and lemon but can't find today.
