Lovely wrapped
Wrapped in a lovely gold box and ribbon. Nice to be able to almost custom make a hamper for somebody. Well received Father’s Day gift with all the old blokes favourites.

Full refund given after error in packaging
I purchased a personalised gift hamper for my elderly mother, and was very disappointed when she received the products packed in a carton, and not in a gift box or hamper. I emailed The Treat Factory to advise them of this error. I heard back from one of the Maxwell's the next day, who was very apologetic and issued a full refund. I was so impressed by his response that I will definitely be using this company again.
