A nice sweet jam but would be better with more peach flavour and, if possible, chunks of peach throughout the jam.

BEST PEACH JAM ON THE PLANET!
I can't get enough of this jam. This jam is perfect from your best sourdough to good ol' Tip Tip to grandma's fluffy scones. I must confess that my favourite way of enjoying this amazing peach jam, is in a classic Peach Bellini cocktail. I just add a small teaspoon of jam with the peach puree before pouring the champers and a dash of peach schnapps. Sublime! Cheers!
