My husband loves lemon butter so every time we go away and find a shops we buy them but recently we were up in Queensland and went to the ginger factory and there was a shop that was selling your lemon butter so we bought a jar and I tried it because I’m not a real fan of it but oh my god was it delicious? You’ve got me hooked and now will be buying from you all the time, so thank you for making it taste so wonderful

Perfect for cupcakes
I have the most brilliant recipe for Lemon meringue cupcakes (bake vanilla cupcake, cut out, filled with curd and then recook with meringue on top) and this was brilliant for them. Absolutely amazing. Perfect lemon butter. Will be buying over and over again.
