Unlike our more casual decorating workshops, the DIY Chocolate Box Workshop offers a deeper chocolate-making experience, giving participants the opportunity to work with a variety of chocolate techniques while creating a beautifully presented assortment of handcrafted chocolates.
Guests will explore the world of chocolate from raw cacao through to dark, milk, ruby and white chocolate before creating a delicious range of Belgian chocolate treats.
Handcraft a selection including:
- Nut clusters
- Hand-dipped chocolates

- Filled chocolates
- Seasonal creations and chocolate room favourites
Participants will learn, create, decorate and package their chocolates into a stunning take-home chocolate gift box — perfect to enjoy yourself or share with someone special.
Guests can also watch chocolates being handcrafted on-site through the large viewing windows into our real working chocolate room, making this one of the most unique family attractions in Berry.
Located beside The Dairy Bar, visitors can complete their experience with handcrafted gelato, coffee, desserts and café treats inside the historic Central Creamery precinct.

This workshop is slightly more hands-on and technique-focused than our decorating experiences and is ideal for guests wanting a deeper chocolate-making experience.
Due to limited workshop space, family and friends are welcome to watch through our viewing windows.
