Perfect for cupcakes
I have a recipe for vanilla cupcakes that then requires a layer of lemon butter (cut out the top and add) before topping with meringue and then baking again. This was perfect. Also tried Banana, mango and Lemon... All Treat Factory. All perfect. Will be buying more.
